Production Travel Management

We offer a full range of services, from ticketing and accommodations to equipment and backup plans; From the moment you arrive at the airport, to the time you depart, our team will be there to ensure that all your travel needs are taken care of, by sea, air, or land.
Visas
& Film Permit
Every Foreign Producer is legally obligated to request through their local Indonesian Embassy or Consulate permission to shoot film, video or still photography in Indonesia whether it be dramatic, non-theatrical, documentary, advertisement or promotional. VIVO ASIA can professionally handle processing the required paperwork for issuing the necessary permissions to film in Indonesia.
The standard timeline for acquiring both a Journalist Visa and National Film Permit is 4 to 6 weeks. A visa is valid for 30 or 60 days and our office can extend it for you in-country. Local provincial, national park/conservation areas or filming of local objects/attractions may require additional permissions.
